Early Career

Early in a career, it can be difficult and confusing to set yourself up for future financial success. This course is designed for Federal Employees who are in their 20’s and mid 30’s. We will review all Federal Employee Benefits, Thrift Savings Plan Strategies, and the Federal Employee Retirement System. We will discuss strategies for Debt Management, and Risk Management. Upon completion of this course, Federal Employees will have what they need to understand their Federal Benefits and strategies for financial success.  


Financial Strategies For Federal Employees

In this course, we discuss the elements to Financial Planning. We review all Federal Benefits, Thrift Savings Plan Strategies, Federal Employee Retirement System, Civil Service Retirement System, Social Security, and Medicare. At the end of this course, Federal Employees will have a enhanced understanding of these topics and know how to create their own Financial Plan. Employees of all ages are welcome.



Mid Career

This course is designed for Federal Employees in their mid 30’s through 50 years of age. Often these Federal Employees experience the financial squeeze from expenses of raising a family, saving for retirement, and helping to financially aid their aging parents. In this course, we will review all Federal Benefits, Thrift Savings Plan Strategies, and Federal Retirement System. We will discuss Social Security and Medicare, and techniques to position Federal Benefits to complement these systems. For employees who have college bound students, we will discuss how financial aid is awarded, and ways to maximize financial aid.


Investing and Insuring to complement Federal Employee Benefits

This course offers a complete review of all Federal Employee Benefits, Thrift Savings Plan Strategies, Federal Employee Retirement System, Civil Service Retirement System, Social Security, and Medicare. Investing strategies are discussed utilizing the Thrift Savings Plan Strategies, and Risk Management techniques are reviewed as well. At the end of this course, Federal Employees will have what they need to understand their benefits and different ways to position them to maximize growth and financial security. Employees at all stages of their career are encouraged to attend this course.



Pre-Retirement

This class is designed for anyone who is 50 years of age or older. The course’s primary focus is to help people position themselves for transitioning from their working years into retirement. This course reviews all Federal Benefits, and how to best utilize them in retirement. This course reviews all Federal Benefits, Thrift Savings Plan Strategies, Retirement Investing Strategies, Federal Retirement System, Civil Service Retirement System, Social Security, Medicare, Long Term Care, Late Stage College Funding, and Retirement and Estate Planning.
